The liquid crystal compound including the liquid crystal material and orientation aiding agent is interposed between the first display panel and the second display panel. The liquid crystal panel assembly is formed. The ultrasonic wave is sanctioned in the liquid crystal panel assembly. A plurality of microelectrodes includes a plurality of micro slits.
