SUCTION WELL OF SUBMERGED CARGO PUMP SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A suction well for an underwater cargo pump system is provided to reduce the final remaining amount of fuel when unloading the fuel into a tank by changing the shape of a conventional suction well. CONSTITUTION: A suction well for an underwater cargo pump system comprises a pump(200), a bottom surface(110), and a lateral surface(120). The pump absorbs fluid fuel from the upper part of the suction well. The bottom surface is positioned lower than the bottom of the fuel tank. The lateral surface is extended from the edge of the bottom surface to the bottom of the fuel tank. The lateral surface has a curved surface shape whose diameter gradually become larger than the bottom surface. An install guide and a pump inlet are installed on the bottom surface.
