PURPOSE: A real-time remote video transmission system is provided to transmit video data of a monitoring object to an administrator of a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A relay computer(20) displays video data received from portable video transmitters(10-1,10-2,10-3). At the same time, the relay computer transmits the video data through Internet(60). A management server(30) receives the video data from the relay computer. The management server transmits the received video data and a user interface for real time inquiry of the video data. A terminal(50) receives the video data and the user interface from the management server. The terminal enables an administrator to monitor the video data in real time through the user interface.
