A method for separation of gold containing products for evaluation of content of gold in wastes of iron ore integrated works that includes ore dressing for output tails and gravitational dressing of those, at that one performs separation of gold containing products by means of set that includes receiving tank, sizing trommel, screen with sieve 1 mm, jet sump, density meter, pulp separator, classification screen with sieve 0.1 mm, one-start screw separator for the grain size of +0.1 mm, two-start screw separator for the grain size of -0.1 mm and concentration table mounted on frame with wheels. The ore dressing includes supply of output tails from receiving tank through sizing trommel to the screen, collection of undersize of screen in jet sump, continuous supply through density measuring device and pulp separator to classification screen by class 0.1 mm. Gravitational dressing of oversize fraction and undersize of classification screen is performed separately on screw separators on which one obtains raw gold containing concentrates. Concentrate after two-start screw separator for the grain size of -0.1 mm is separated on the concentration table with obtaining crude gold-containing concentrate and iron concentrate. |
