A device for crushing material contains a grinding chamber with operating units located therein, connected with the chamber a feeder and a separator, which consists of a housing, which has nozzles for removal of small and large fractions and is made in the form of a channel of fixed curvature with inclined separation plates located in it behind the line of fixed curvature, fastened with possibility of adjustment and located by front edges horizontally, turned by outer side to the nozzle of removal of small fraction, and from the inside of plates - with additional plate installed with possibility of adjustment of its position. A set of separation plates is additionally located in the nozzle for removal of large fraction; and there is a blower, which is connected with the channel for removal of small fraction, a set of inclined separation plates located behind the line of fixed curvature and connected with the nozzle for removal of small fraction. The additional plate has a device of position control connected by feedback with a pressure sensor mounted in the nozzle for supply of air into the separator. |
