METHOD FOR MODELING STENOSIS OF VERTEBRAL CANAL

A method for modeling stenosis of the vertebral canal comprises the exposure of the interarticular part of the arch of vertebra of the lumbar division from the posterior access. The content of the vertebral canal is compressed mechanically by the local decrease of its transverse section. The middle part of the exposed interarticular part of the arch of vertebra is separated cutting the interarticular part of the arch in the vertical plane at the acute angle to the sagittal plane at two sites located to the right and to the left of the spinous process of vertebra symmetrical relative to the sagittal plane. The separated part of the interarticular part of the arch is displaced relative to the rest of the interarticular part of the arch with the yellow ligaments in the vertical direction until the separated part of the interarticular part of the arch stops at the rest of the interarticular part at the sites of cut and fixed to the rest of the interarticular part with the bone cement.
