FENESTRATED SELF-FIXED ENDOPROSTHESIS FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF ANEURISM OF AORTA

A fenestrated self-fixed endoprosthesis for the surgical treatment of aneurism of aorta contains the blood-impermeable envelope made of woven fabric with the resilient zigzag fixing elements inside located at the specified distance one from another. There are one or several lateral openings in the envelope between the adjacent elements. In addition, the device contains one or several clamps for pressing radially the envelope. Each clamp is made of the resilient wire in the shape of the convex frame attached to the internal wall and connected with the adjacent fixing elements with the aid of the longitudinal rods in such a way that the lateral openings are located inside the corresponding frame.
