A method for gas-thermal application of coatings of powder materials, in which carrying stream of powder mix is formed, heated, accelerated and directed to a detail, at that the detail is periodically heated and cooled in such a way, that gas-powder mix is periodically supplied by short-term cycles which duration determined by time necessary for heating of the detail to temperature not exceeding 0.7-0.85 and 0.3-0.4 of smelting temperature of the detail on depth from detail surface 200 microns and 400 microns respectively, and also by time necessary for detail cooling to temperature not exceeding 0.1 of the smelting temperature of the detail on depth from detail surface 200 microns. |
