Method for measurement of frequency and deflection of frequency of super-high frequency oscillations of signals

Method for measurement of frequency and deflection of frequency of super-high frequency oscillations of signal relates to measuring engineering and can be used for measurement of frequencies of signals in millimeter range of wavelengths. The method includes measurement of frequency of signal by means of three thermo-indicators placed on broad wall of waveguide in such way that one has different dependences of power of signal on its frequency and values of powers of those, ratio of those are re-calculated to frequency of signal or to deflection of frequency at known or unknown main frequency of signal. The method provides simplification of procedure of measurements and increase of accuracy of those.
