METHOD FOR RECONSTRUCTING DEFECT OF UPPER AND LOWER LIPS WITH COMMISSURE AND ADJACENT BUCCAL TISSUES IN SURGICAL TREATMENT OF LOCALLY ADVANCED CANCER OF LIP

摘要

A method for reconstructing the defect of the upper and lower lips with the commissure and the adjacent buccal tissues in the surgical treatment of the locally advanced cancer of the lip comprises the autograft of the dermal-fascial flap. The whole plastic surgery comprises only one step. The donor tissue is obtained in anterior external surface of the forearm.
