A method for making ready-to-use food products of vegetable origin includes preparation of products (washing, inspecting, grading of the production) and packing thereof into packages of heat-resistant film. Multilayer barrier or semibarrier polymer film the based on PET/PVDC/CPP, PET/AI/BONIL/CPP, PF/PE, PA/PP, PP/PA/PE is used as the heat-resistant film with the further evacuation of gas that is vacuumized by batches of 0.05- each. In doing so the raw material delivered for processing is washed by cold running water in tanks or baths with the false bottom, or washing machines at water pressure at least 248 kPa with further rinsing under a washing spray to the full removal of dirt, inspected, graded and further sterilizing thereof is carried out for 5-90 min. in an autoclave with an overpressure of 0.22-0.25 MPa at a temperature of 101-121 ºC. In doing so the overpressure in the autoclave is to be maintained at the constant level from the beginning to the end of the sterilization process, after the end of which packages are cooled, unloaded from autoclave baskets and transferred for grading and packing into packages. |
