PURPOSE: A gray spool relocation system and a method thereof in an SIP multiple access proxy interconnection VoIP system are provided to reduce network load by preventing multiple simultaneous connection. CONSTITUTION: A register fetch binding processor(110) transmits a register to a registration server. A binding processing unit detects IAD(Integrated Access Device) peculiar identification information. A graceful de-registration processor(120) deletes the binding information in which the IAD peculiar identification information is included. An account information register unit(130) registers the account information.
