PURPOSE: A dryer and a drying method are provided to easily control the dry operation in order to be included within a range of standard relative humidity value. CONSTITUTION: A dryer and comprises a storage part(100), a dryer part, and a control module. In the storage part, an inlet(111) drawing in external air and an outlet(112) discharging the external air are formed and a drying space is formed inside. The drying part is placed inside the storage part and the drying space is dried by being provided with the operation signals. The control module applies signals to the drying part to include absolute humidity value within standard absolute humidity value.
