PURPOSE: A recoilless power converter which uses centrifugal force is provided to produce power without feedback by designing a rotary blade with a special shape that makes a pressure difference between both sides of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: Liquid or compressed air is inserted into a sealed cylinder(4). Fixed blades(3) are installed among several rotary blades and attached to the same rotation shaft(1) as the rotary blades. A gap is formed between the fixed blades and the rotary blades. The torque from a material being pushed by the centrifugal force generated by the rotary blade is impeded. Only the pressure of the material being pushed by the centrifugal force is transferred to the next rotary blade. The pressure inside a high pressure chamber in a cylinder is increased. The pressure in a low pressure chamber(6) is reduced.
