摘要 <p>The method involves introducing a metal support (1) and a contact material (2) in contact between two electrodes (3) of a press coupled to an electric current source (7), and locally inserting a sub-layer between the support and the material to ensure adhesion between the support and the material. Electric current (I) and compressive force (FP) are applied through the electrodes for a time interval. The sub-layer includes an agent with variable conductivity with temperature, where the conductivity is increased irreversibly during the time interval of application of the current and the force. The contact material is composed of silver and tin oxide. An independent claim is also included for a contact chip comprising a layer of the contact material such as silver tin dioxide, silver zinc oxide, silver carbide, silver tungsten carbide, silver tungsten, copper chromium and copper tungsten.</p>
