The device has four rollers (1) maintained by four torsion rods (4), respectively, where the torsion rods are made of iron. A staple bar (2) is pressed by a small button at an end of a spring (5). A percussor (6) is actuated by hand pressure so as to push staples that are placed in a guide rail (3), towards front. Two rods (7) connect the rollers in pairs so as to separate the rollers by a finger (6).
