The device has a luggage anchoring unit including a support constituted of a backplate and a body, where the backplate and the body are placed on both sides of a wall of a luggage. The anchoring unit has a fixation unit (5) fixing a strap or a reduced-length flexible string (6) that is mounted on the support, in a rotary manner. A tapered ring is interposed between the body and the fixation unit. The body has a passage for a mounting unit that mounts the fixation unit. An independent claim is also included for a luggage comprising a strap or flexible string.
