<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a technique of forming and outputting an image made in a mode wherein either priority one of a character and a figure can clearly be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: When input data are acquired by a printing information acquiring part 12, the data are expanded to a character image and a figure image by a character data expanding part 13 and a figure data expanding part 15. Thereafter, a layout relationship of the character image and the figure image is verified by a layout relationship determining part 14. When image edition is determined to be necessary because the character image and the figure image overlap, which of the character and image is designated is determined by a reuse object selecting part 11. Edition of the figure image by a figure image editing part 17, or edition of the character image by a character image editing part 16 is carried out according to the determination result. Consequently, an image part in a specific contact relationship is removed from the not designated image, and the character image and the figure image after the removal are synthesized by an image synthesizing part 19 and output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
