<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image conversion device capable of reducing deterioration in a resolution feeling of an edge portion of an output image even when the number of pixels in RAW data is converted. <P>SOLUTION: The image conversion device for converting the number of pixels in RAW data outputted by converting optical information passed through a color filter into an electric signal includes: a luminance component filter circuit for applying low pass filter processing to the RAW data and generating a luminance component signal; a circuit for converting number of pixels for the luminance component for applying processing of converting the number of pixels for the luminance component signal and generating a signal converted in the number of pixels for the luminance component; a color component filter circuit for performing band pass filter processing for finding a difference between a digital image signal and the luminance component signal and generating first and second color component signals; a circuit for converting numbers of pixels for first and second color components for applying processing of converting the number of pixels for the first and second color component signals; and a synthesizing circuit for synthesizing the signal converted in the number of pixels for the luminance component and signals converted in the numbers of pixels for the first and second color components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
