PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator security control system attaining examination of a visitor's right to use in elevator use at a low cost. SOLUTION: An aggregate entrance apparatus 109, when receiving a visit permission notice from one of dwelling apparatuses, reads authentication information of the visitor with an entrance reader 110 and transmits the authentication information and floor information of a floor, at which the dwelling apparatus is installed, to a security control device 106. The security control device 106 determines whether the received authentication information is registered in its data storage section, when not registered, registers the received authentication information and floor information and transmits a registration notice to the aggregate entrance apparatus 109. The aggregate entrance apparatus 109, when receiving the registration notice, unlocks an electric lock 111-1 of an automatic door 111. The security control device 106, when the authentication information is read by a hall reader 108 after unlock of the electric lock 111-1, determines whether the authentication information is registered in the data storage section.
