PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide services based on determined location information. SOLUTION: The radio communication method has a step of receiving a first scanning report generated by a first node of a radio communication network. The scanning report includes identification information on a plurality of nodes connected to the radio communication network. The plurality of nodes have a second node whose location is unknown. The scanning report also includes first plural time values corresponding to communication time between the first node and each of the plural nodes. The method also has a step of determining first plural distances based on the first plural time values. Each distance of the first plural distances corresponds to a distance between the first node and each of the plural nodes. In addition, the method has a step of determining the location information on the second node based on the first plural distances.
