<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safety monitoring equipment of a demolition work machine, which can eliminate an artificial mistake and labor for a checking operation by dispensing with the operation of making an operator check an attachment in the replacement of the front attachment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This safety monitoring equipment is provided with detection means (8a and 8d) for detecting the type of the connected front attachment when the front attachment capable of being replaced depending on the details of the operation is connected to a lower boom. The type of the connected front attachment is determined on the basis of the result of detection by the detection means (8a and 8d), and information on a barycentric position, corresponding to the connected front attachment, of the whole vehicle body is displayed on a monitor.
