PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor and a liquid film measuring device for measuring a thickness of an object to be detected such as a liquid film at a real time and also for measuring its heat transport amount. SOLUTION: A first sensor 11A of the embodiment includes a cylindrical body 12, a pair of electrodes 13a and 13b provided in the body 12 across a gap, an insulative part 18 filled between the body 12 and the electrodes 13a and 13b, and thermocouples 19a-19c provided in the body 12. Thus, the thickness of a liquid film L of a fluid is measured, and in addition a temperature distribution depending on the thickness of the measured liquid film L is measured.
