PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a footrest giving one's foot a rest with the tip of the foot positioned in a lower place. SOLUTION: Under a use condition, a movable section M is arranged from the back side section of a lower side 22a of a protruded section 2 to a floor connection section 5. Therefor, the movable section M as a section for placing the foot can be set relatively widely in the obliquely downward and rearward direction. Thus, an occupant can rest his foot by using the movable section M with the tip of the foot positioned in the lower place, and moreover, change the position for placing the foot in the fore-and-aft direction.
