PURPOSE: A carcass rubber composition is provided to improve scorch resistance without use of separate scorch retarder by using a sulfenamide vulcanization accelerator which is effective for heat aging resistance and scorch resistance. CONSTITUTION: A carcass rubber composition with excellent scorch resistance comprises a base rubber 100.0 parts by weight and an N-cyclohexyl-2-2-benzothiazyl sulfonamide as a vulcanization accelerator. The base rubber is a natural rubber or rubber mixed with the natural rubber and butadiene rubber in a weight ratio of 1:9~9:1. The carcass rubber composition comprises further filler 40~80 parts by weight for improving reinforcement. |
