PURPOSE: A method of producing searchable keyword encryption based on public key for minimizing data size of searchable keyword encryption and method of searching data based on public key through that are provided to reduce the size of search available cipher texts about the keyword by using the bloom filter. CONSTITUTION: The transmission terminal generates the first searchable cipher text about keyword by using the public key of keyword the random number and receiving terminal(304). The transmission terminal generates the second searchable ciphertext by using the binary string and random number(308). The transmission terminal ciphers data to the independent method(310).
