The third electrode is arranged with the first, and second electrode. The partition wall divides the discharge cell (P). The third electrode(120) comprises the part of main electrode and projecting electrode portion. The part of main electrode(122) crosses with the first, and second electrode. The projecting electrode portion(124) is projected from the part of main electrode. The projecting electrode portion is overlapped with the first electrode. |
