PURPOSE: A transceiving method of contents data composed of multi-parts, and a data transmitting apparatus and terminal performing the transceiving method are provided to set an expiration time to the components of the multi-parts, thereby preventing the re-transmission request of the terminal for contents data previously received. CONSTITUTION: A multi-part configuration unit(111) configures one or more contents data in multi-parts. An expiration time setting unit(112) sets an expiration time to one or more components of the multi-parts. A transmitting unit(113) transmits the contents data configured in the multi-parts to a terminal(120). The terminal performs the parsing of the contents data. Before the expiration time of the components passes, the terminal does not request the retransmission of the contents data for the components.
