PURPOSE: A digital right protection/management system and a method thereof for protecting a first work through a copyright management server are provided to protect the first work inserted in UCC by controlling the use of the work by authority confirmation. CONSTITUTION: A user system(30) manufactures a second work. The user system reproduces the second work shared on an online site by the connection of a producer system(10). The second work comprises the information of publication offered from the work offer site. The manufacturer system shares the second work on the online site. A copyright management server(40) confirms a work reference and an authority based on information of publication. According to the usage right, the copyright management server controls the second work reproduction of the user system. |
