<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle stereoscopic acoustic apparatus which provides a more stable feeling in a frontward sound field than ever before. <P>SOLUTION: As for an arrangement of speakers 5 to 9, the left main speaker 5 and the right speaker 7 are disposed on the right and left at the back of a driver, respectively. Specifically, the left main speaker 5 is disposed, for example, on the left side of a shoulder portion of a backrest of a seat 47 toward the front of the vehicle, and the right speaker 7 is disposed, for example, on the right side of the shoulder portion of the backrest of the seat 47 toward the front of the vehicle. The sub-speaker 9 is disposed in front of the driver along the median plane of the driver toward the back of the vehicle.
