<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an audio/video information notification system which can effectively provide information such as advertisements to a viewer, and is also effective in the viewpoint of saving energy consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A peripheral situation in front of a display screen of a large-sized monitor display device is imaged and when the number of persons being present in front of the display screen of the large-sized monitor display device exceeds a preset first predetermined value, as first content information, at least audio information is generated from a sounding part, the audio information calling attention to the display screen of the large-sized monitor display device.
