<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit for applying inertia force to a predetermined rotating member regardless of whether a rotary shaft is provided. <P>SOLUTION: An inertia member 67 is arranged in a drive holder 35 so as to be positioned in parallel with the rotating member 52 at a predetermined interval. A first magnet section 65 is provided in one of the rotating member 52 and the inertia member 67, and a magnetic section 69 is provided in the other to be attracted by magnetic force of a second magnet section 77 with a polarity opposite to that of the first magnet section 65 or the first magnet section 65.
