<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the other party more safely use an image forming apparatus whose access right is held by a user who requests a document. <P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone terminal 2A of a receiver is made to execute processing for acquiring user location information showing the current location of a transmitter, and to execute processing for retrieving an image forming apparatus 1 adjacent to the transmitter on the basis of the user location information, and to execute processing for transmitting first ID to the retrieved image forming apparatus 1(1B), and to execute processing for transmitting second ID to a portable telephone terminal 2B of the transmitter. A portable telephone terminal 2B is made to execute processing for transferring the second ID transmitted from the portable telephone terminal 2A to the image forming apparatus 1B when a distance with the image forming apparatus 1B is within a prescribed range.
