BLADE, IMPELLER, TURBO FLUID MACHINE, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING BLADE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade used for an impeller of a turbo fluid machine without using an exclusive metal mold, its manufacturing apparatus and a blade manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: A punch having a pushing part has a punch support installed in an opposed state at a specific interval of about the plate thickness of a raw material. The punch support is mounted to a second ram via a second rotational mechanism rotatable around the ram moving direction. A die is attached to a first ram via a first rotational mechanism. The blade is constituted by forming a plurality of saddle-shaped patches in the raw material of the blade by using a manufacturing device for controlling a rotating angle of both rotational mechanisms by an actuator.
