<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device which discharges steadily a trifling amount of liquid materials with little fluctuation in discahrge quanity. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid discharge device 100 discharging a trifling amount of liquid drops includes a pushing out needle 120 which moves the inside of a taper-shaped liquid holding pipe 10 charged with the liquid materials 30 and of which the end part moves in and out through an opening 11 formed at the distal end of the liquid holding pipe 10, and a plurality of minute recesses 123 (dimple-shaped convex and concave) are formed, in a jig jag arrangement, on the side face part 122 of the distal end side in the pushing out needle 120. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
