<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key support device of a piano by which lubricant application and frequent maintenance are not required, and sliding nature of a keyboard pin is maintained over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The key support device 1 of the piano, including an engagement aperture 2e extending to a cross direction and opening to a bottom face, which supports a key 2 on which bushing cloth 7 is stuck to a wall face of the engaging aperture 2e so as to be freely rocked, comprises: a key frame 4 placed on a top face of a key bed 8; and a key board pin 10 provided on the key frame 4, on which the key 2 is engaged via the engagement aperture 2e, and in which the busing cloth 7 slides, when the key 2 is rocked according to key pressing.
