<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for mortar or concrete which exhibits an excellent resistance against sulfuric acid, when used in an environment where the composition is exposed to a sulfuric acid-pervasive atmosphere such as around sewage facilities, formed articles formed of the composition and a method of repair for mortar or concrete. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for mortar or concrete includes (A) furnace slug fine aggregate and (D) a binder containing (B) furnace slug fine powder and (C) portland cement. The furnace slug fine aggregate (A) is amorphous. The furnace slug fine powder (B) has a specific surface area of 2,500-7,000 cm<SP>2</SP>/g in terms of Blaine value.
