<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively recycle industrial waste and to develop the harmonious application of the industrial waste which are unavoidable because the remaining years of the waste reclamation site is decreased to reduce the remaining capacity of the waste disposal site. <P>SOLUTION: The ready-mixed concrete sludge is made to act on return concrete to produce a road bed material, is mixed with inexpensive portland cement to produce a concrete secondary product, is made to be suitable for disposal in the inert type sanitary landfill site instead of controlled landfill type landfill site in the production by the mixture with waste gypsum board and is regenerated to be used as a soil neutralizing agent or a neutralizing agent in an incineration furnace by the mixing ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
