PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-treatment device and an image forming system capable of performing post-treatment based on paper texture information. SOLUTION: In the post-treatment device 20 for performing post-treatment relative to paper P delivered from an image forming device 10, a paper feed tray 4 is provided on the image forming device 10. It is made to the post-treatment device 20 provided with a memory part 7 for memorizing the paper information set while making relevant to every paper feed tray 4; and a post-treatment control part 26 for switching an adjustment amount used for the post-treatment according to the content of the post-treatment based on the memorized paper information.
