PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly position a holder having a scribing wheel in a holder joint and to facilitate the detachment of the holder. SOLUTION: A through-hole 22a is formed from the side of the opening 23 of the holder joint 20, and a pin 25 is held rotatably in the through-hole in a prescribed angle range. The pin 25 has a first plane part 25a parallel to a shaft and a second plane part 25c having an angle different from that. The holder 10 is inserted into the opening 23, and its inclination part 16a is brought into contact with the plane part 25a of the pin 25 to make a holder unit 30. The holder can thereby be positioned exactly so that the attachable/detachable holder unit and a scribing head can be materialized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
