<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the arrangement on an array of elements of a structure of an instruction to access a memory from an access pattern of the structure during compile or link. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In processing of a compile processing means 11 or linking means 12 of this compiler 1, an access pattern acquisition section 13 analyzes the instruction to access a memory from the result of analyzing an input program, and acquires the access pattern including the arrangement on the array of the structure elements, access frequency, and access order.
