PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: the progress of a solar heat apparatus is prohibited because the existing solar water heater is heavy and difficult to carry, cannot perform direct connection to an aqueduct, has low hot water supply pressure, requires a pressure pump when connected to a boiler, is unsanitary as water contacts air in a water storage tank to mold black mold, and has poor design as the water storage tank is protruded. SOLUTION: This solar heat collector is so configured that a plurality of heat collecting tubes B with end plates G jointed to both ends of cylindrical stainless tubes are arranged in parallel, a water flow section is integrated by joining the upper and lower end plates G by header pipes C, the heat collecting tubes B are applied with solar heat selective absorption films, the water flow section is stored in a heat-retaining box D made of heat insulation material and having an opened heat collecting surface so that surfaces of the heat collecting tubes B, opposed to the heat collecting surface, are brought into contact with the heat insulation material of the heat-retaining box D, and after that, the heat collecting surface is covered with a transmissive body A made of a transparent multilayer resin plate so as to prevent contact with the heat collecting tubes B.
