<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination of a substrate with a topical adhesive for attachment to the skin. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a combination of a substrate with a topical adhesive for attachment of functional articles such as clothing, prosthesis, heat wraps, pads, and/or packs, cold wraps, protective face masks, ornamental articles, or eye wear, or cosmetic or pharmaceutical delivery articles which provide substances to the skin. The combination provides secure attachment and is pleasing to the skin upon application, yet causes no discomfort upon removal.
