<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a medium from being unwound caused by thickness of a tape wound around a drum in advance, when the medium sandwiched between two tapes is wound around the drum and is stored. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The medium storage and delivery device includes: reels 3, 4 feeding and winding up tapes 5a, 5b; and a drum 2 winding up the tapes 5a, 5b. A drum groove part 30 is formed at an approximately the center in an axial direction of the drum 2, around the whole circumferential direction. The tapes 5a, 5b are wound in the drum groove part 30.
