<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dimensional precision of molding of a cushion rib set in a cushion body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A method is provided for molding the cushion body 21 with a cushion rib 24 on the upper surface by a metallic mold 50. The metallic mold 50 is obliquely placed along a longitudinal direction of cushion body molded parts 51A, 52A and a cushion rib molding part 51E set on the metallic mold 50 is continuously formed along the oblique direction of the metallic mold 50.
