<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a sensor, reduced in size and manufacturing cost, and enabling more precise positioning of the sensor with respect to a magnetizing pulser. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An out-fitting cylindrical part 31 of a slinger 30 is fixed to an outer peripheral surface of an inner ring 2 by press-fitting. An in-fitting cylindrical part 21 of a core metal member 20 is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of an outer ring 3 by press-fitting. The core metal member 20 is formed with two flange parts 22 and 23 extending inward in the radial direction from respective both end parts in the axial direction of the in-fitting cylindrical part 21. An ABS sensor 50 is arranged in a chamber 80 defined by the in-fitting cylindrical part 21 and the two flange parts 22 and 23 by turning a detection surface 89 inward in the radial direction by a chamber filling part 62. The annular magnetizing pulser 51 is fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the out-fitting cylindrical part 31 of the slinger 30 so as to be opposed in the radial direction to the detection surface 89 of the ABS sensor 50.
