PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged coin processing machine for preventing any significant obstacle leading to the stop of a device in the case of paying out packaged coins. SOLUTION: This packaged coin processing machine is provided with: a tray 29 in which packaged coins are stored by every denomination; a packaged coin delivery means for delivering packaged coins 24 stored in the tray 29; a control part for controlling the packaged coin delivery means; and a storage state discrimination means for discriminating the type and/or loaded state of the packaged coins. The tray 29 is provided with one or more sensors 49 to 51 at the packaged coin delivery means side, and the sensors 49 to 51 are configured to detect the packaged coins at the packaged coin delivery means side of the tray 29. The storage state discrimination means discriminates the type and/or loaded state of the packaged coins on the basis of the sensed result by the sensor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
