PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of the heat exchange performance of a parallel flow type or serpentine type heat exchanger caused by a dew formation phenomenon, a frost formation phenomenon or defrosting action and sufficiently exhibiting high heat exchange efficiency which are characteristic of these heat exchangers. SOLUTION: This heat exchange unit 1 is provided with a first fin and tube type heat exchanger 10 and the second parallel flow type heat exchanger 20 or the second serpentine type heat exchanger.
