PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED flashing power supply device that performs continuous flash-lighting without unnecessarily increasing a circuit scale. SOLUTION: In the flashing power supply device, there are arranged: a boosting circuit (20) which boosts an input voltage from a battery with the battery as a power supply; an electric double-layer capacitor (40) charged with a current output from the boosting circuit; and a constant current circuit (30) that charges the capacitor with a prescribed current. The flashing power supply device is also constituted so that a current output from the constant current circuit is made to flow to a light-emitting element (50) to perform the flash-lighting.
