The invention relates to refrigerating and shop facilities for storing individual frozen goods, to methods for measuring the specified portions of a loose product to be filled into consumer containers, in particular into packets, and to computer-assisted dosing devices. The invention is characterised in that the refrigerator is vertically designed and in that the product is supplied to a consumer from the lower section of the refrigerator. The aim of the invention is to design novel sales refrigerating facilities exhibiting improved sanitary and hygienic characteristics. The problem of interest is substantially solved by excluding a direct contact of a good with a purchaser and the environment and owing to air exchange in a refrigerating compartment, thereby preventing against a stale odor formation.
